Order Processing & Delivery Schedule

• In-stock products in Mauritius: Delivered on the next Tuesday or Friday following your order.
• Outsourced products from US, France, or Germany: Shipping to our warehouse typically takes around 7 days, then delivered on the next Tuesday or Friday after arrival. Delivery may be sooner or later depending on import situations.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Communication & Tracking

• Customers receive a message on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time.
• Online tracking is available via a link in the order confirmation email. It shows the status of the package, including:
  • Order placed
  • Payment processed
  • Shipped by supplier
  • Arrived at customs
  • Shipped to customer
• Delivery can be made to the customer's home, work, school, or another appointed person.

Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable, we can reschedule delivery or leave the package with an appointed recipient.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all locations in Mauritius with no restrictions.

Delays

If delivery is delayed due to import or supplier issues, we communicate transparently with customers. Customers may request a refund in such cases.
